HOW SHOULD I USE THIS PRODUCT?
For adults, start out by taking ½ to 1 teaspoon. (2.5-5 ml) of probiotic liquid in a small glass of water before bed. As your body gets used to it, gradually increase to 1 tablespoon (15 ml) per serving. Best taken before bed.
For children aged 2 to 12 years old, mix 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of Friendly Probiotic Liquid in water, yogurt, or your child’s favorite beverage once per day before bed.
- Note that as a 100% natural product, settling or floating may occur in the bottle. This does not impact product quality. Simply shake gently before use.
